Blade: Equipped with a high saber grind the Hellhound Tanto has a clean slicing plain cutting edge with an eye-catching look for an ideal blend of performance and style. Stonewashed grinds hide wear while satin flats and blasted fullers and milling deliver a classy contrast. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Move the thumb slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: The smooth, hard anodized 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum handle is comfortable in-hand thanks to chamfered edges and delivers smooth pocket transitions while reducing weight. Areas of grooved jimping around the edges add traction for a sure grip. Construction is completed with proprietary hardware, glass breaker end and pocket clip with serial number, claw logo, signature and date of production. 

Blade steel is unmarked. It is likely one of the many high performance stainless steels (i.e., M390, Elmax, 204P, etc.) used by Microtech knives.
