This version comes with a tumbled S30V Tanto blade and black aluminum handle.

Blade: An American style Tanto blade of CPM-S30V comes with a tumbled stonewashed finish to hide wear from use. The forward edge handles piercing, detail work and flat surface cutting. A high saber grind delivers a balance of strength and slicing performance while the fluted spine enhances reliability in operation. Double action operation is fast and smooth via the top slide.

Handle: Made from matte hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum the handle provides lightweight durability with visually appealing honeycomb milling for solid traction. The sweeping lines of the handle design provide a secure and comfortable grip for extended use. Black hardware rounds out the construction.

Carries via a reversible stainless steel deep carry clip.

CPM-S30V: A PM stainless steel developed specifically for use in knife blades, S30V has good wear resistance (edge retention) and corrosion resistance, better than 440C or 420HC. The powdered process refines the grain, improving performance for a balanced blade steel. Toughness is comparable to other PM stainless steels.
