The Heretic Knives Manticore-X is the largest of the Manticore Series of double action, out-the-front, automatic knives. The Manticore-X has a countered, 3D machined, aircraft grade aluminum handle with strategically placed scallops around the edge that delivers a comfortable and secure grip in the hand. This Tactical version comes with a Tanto profile, Black DLC finished, Elmax blade, black anodized handles and black hardware.

Blade: The long, saber ground, Tanto profile blade combines powerful cutting performance with an elegant slender look. High quality, Bohler Elmax stainless steel blade was chosen for its balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance and edge toughness. The blade has a black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) that offers a very durable finish and a discreet look and hold up against wear from use. It deploys via a dual action automatic mechanism for fast, smooth operation. Simply press the thumb slide up to open and then back down to close.

Handle: Milled, black anodized aluminum offers 5.5 inches of handle, long enough for extra large or gloved hands. The contoured milling of the handle has smooth edges paired with strategically placed scalloped sections for excellent comfort and traction. The front and back of the handles are sterile with company, model and serial number markings on the spine. The handles are completed with Tactical black titanium Torx hardware visible on the back, a G-10 slide, integral lanyard hole and hardened steel glass breaker inset in the pommel.

Carries via a right hand, tip-down, black coated, stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.
