The beloved Boker Lucas Burnley Kwaiken model lineage has emerged for its most recent evolution in the form of the Kwaiken OTF. It retains the CNC-machined aluminum handle and comes equipped with the iconic straight spine D2 blade delivering this modern classic in a double-action out-the-front platform. This version comes with a satin finished blade and black anodized handles.

Blade: Made from D2 tool steel, the high saber ground blade offers well-balanced cutting performance and durability in a utilitarian straight spine profile. The blade pierces and slices with ease to handle all your daily cutting tasks. Double action operation is fast and reliable: push the stepped slide up to deploy and back to retract.

Handle: Lightweight and durable, the aluminum handle is subtly contoured for comfort. A streamlined design makes for easy carry and fast deployment with a secure grip thanks to the stepped thumb slide. The lightweight and slim profile makes the Kwaiken an excellent EDC choice. Construction is completed with stainless Torx hardware and an inline lanyard pin at the pommel.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. With a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) D2 offers greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels. With a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance D2 is a well-balanced, all around knife steel.
